Imli Aloo Bukhara Sharbat is a popular Pakistani drink, specially for summer. It has sweet and tangy flavor and offers a cooling twist.
There are many recipes of Imli Aloo Bukhara Sharbat but here I will share an easy and quick recipe with you. Follow all the steps below.
INGREDIENTS
1. 250 gram Tamarind (Imli)
2. 250 gram Plums (Aloo Bukhara )
3. 500 gram Sugar
4. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
5. 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt
6. 2 table spoon Lemon Juice
7. Ice Cubes
8. 1/2 Liter Water
RECIPE
1. Add Tamarind and water into a bowl. Soak for 7-8 hours or whole night.
2. Take another bowl and add water and Plum to it and also soak it in the same way.
👉 You can use dried or fresh Plum as per your choice.
3. Now remove the seeds from Tamarind and Plum and take their pulp.
4. Add the both pulp into the juicer jug and grind well.
5. Strain the mixture of pulp.
6. Add water and sugar to a pan and cook on high flame. When the Sugar becomes melt then further cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
7. Add Salt, Black Salt, Lemon Juice, and pulp into the Sugar syrup. Stir and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
8. Turn off the flame and leave it to cool.
9. Now you can store it into an air tight bottle.
10. Add two tbs of this syrup into a glass of water and mix with ice cubes. The delicious and refreshing Imli Aloo Bukhara Sharbat is ready to drink.
👉 If you want to make a jug of this sharbat then you have to add 1/2 cup of the syrup into water.
