INGREDIENTS
1. 6 table spoon Oil
2. 2 large size Onion
3. 1 teaspoon Black peppercorn
4. 2 Cloves
5. 1 Green Cardamom
6. A large piece of Cinnamon
7. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
8. 2 table spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
9. 1/2 kg Bone-in-Meat
10. 1 teaspoon Salt
11. A pinch of Turmeric
12. 150 gram Yogurt
13. 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
14. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
15.1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
16. 2 teaspoon Crushed Black Peppercorns
17. 4-5 Green and Red Chilies
18. Ginger for Garnishing
19. 2 table spoon Fresh Cream
RECIPE
1. Take a pressure cooker and add oil and chopped Onion to it.
2. Add all the spices which are Black Peppercorns, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Cumin Seeds.
3. Then add Ginger Garlic paste and Meat to it. Saute for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
4. Add Salt and Turmeric Powder to it.
5. Now turn the flame to low or turn it off completely because we have to add the yogurt in it.
6. After Adding yogurt mix it well.
7. After that, add one cup or half cup water and close the cooker. Cook it on high flame, when the first whistle blows, reduce the flame to medium to low for 12-15 minutes.
8. We will saute the Met until the gravy becomes a bit dry.
9. Then we will add Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, and Crushed black peppercorns.
10. Add 2 dried red chilies and 2 dried green chilies to it.
11. Add a spoon of Ghee which will give a nice aroma.
👉 If you do dot have Desi Ghee then you can add normal Ghee instead.
12. Add sliced Ginger, chopped fresh coriander and chopped Green chilies for garnishing.
13. When it release the Ghee, serve it in a bowl and enjoy with Naan or Chapati.
