Crispy Jalebi Recipe

 Jalebi is a round shape sweet snack, which is popular in South Asia. Everywhere the recipe is almost same but the names are different.

 Just like Zelepi, jerry, Zulbia, Zengoula, Jilipi, Jilapi, Jilebi, Zalabia and Jalebi. 

I will tell you its unique Pakistani recipe. Follow all the steps and you will become a master in making Jalebi

First look at the ingredients

Ingredients For Sugar Syrup

1. One kg Sugar


2. 400 ml Water


3. 2 Green Cardamom


4. A pinch of Hydro (rangkat)


Ingredients For Jalebi

1. 1/2 kg Flour (meda)


2. A pinch of Aluminium


3. 1 teaspoon Hydro (rangkat)


4. One liter Water


5.  2-3 drops of Orange Color


6.  2 cups of Ghee


Recipe Of Sugar Syrup


1.  Add sugar and water in a pan and turn on the flame


2. Add Cardamom to it


3. Add a pinch of Hydro (rangkat)


Recipe Of Jalebi

1. Take a pan and add aluminium, hydro and a glass of water into it.


2. Mix them well with the help of your hand or spoon.


3. Now mix the flour step by step into it.


4. Beat well with your hand.


5. Keep adding more water to it and beat well, until it become a thin paste.


6.  First we add one glass of water then add another 800ml water to make a thin paste and add 2 table spoon of flour.


7. Add liquid orange color into this paste, you can also use powder color. But if You use powder color, add it before making a paste. 

👉It has to be taken care, hydro should be applied first and powder color later. 


8.  Put the ghee on the stove to heat.


9. Now take a cloth with a small hole in the middle, or you can also use a ketchup bottle, which has a pointed lid.


10. Put all the paste inside the bottle.


11. Now make Rings of your choice in hot ghee.


12. Change the sides.




13.  After frying on medium flame for 2 minutes, remove from the ghee.


14. Now take the hot Jalebi and immediately put them in the sugar syrup, because if it gets cold it will not absorb the sugar syrup very well.


15.  As Jalebi absorb the sugar syrup, put them on a plate.


Delicious, juicy and crispy Jalebi is ready, eat and enjoy.
